Naloxone is a medication that can reverse an opioid overdose if administered quickly enough. Naloxone comes in two forms: a nasal spray and an injectable.

Anyone can administer this medication, even if they don’t have medical training. If you know someone who’s currently struggling with opioid addiction, we recommend you carry some with you, just in case they need it.
